Sun City Anthem How To Can Do Club meeting

Learn to do the right things at Law and Economics when it comes to your money, by knowing the questions that you need to ask. Then learn to ‘Pro Se’ you own solutions to probable negative issues and difficulties at Law, at Economics and when it comes to your money, your investments, your taxes and your estate and financial health.


Sun City Anthem Choir

Join the Anthem Choir. Sing in four-part harmony.

We meet Monday mornings from 9-11 on the stage in the Delaware room.

This spring, at our April concert, we will be doing a program of Stephen Foster music. Some songs included will be Jeanie With the Light Brown Hair, Old Folks at Home, If You've Got a Moustache, Some Folks, My Old Kentucky Home, Ring de Banjo, Beautiful Dreamer, Camptown Races and Oh! Susanna.

Yvonne Cloutier will be our director for this program.

Sun City Anthem Lifelong Learning Center meeting
January 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.

The Lifelong Learning Center presents SCA resident Len Chapman discussing "The Record Business - A Unique Personal History". Mr. Chapman has many stories to tell of his 34 year career in the record business.

The meeting is open to all SCA residents. There is no fee for Learning Center members; non-members pay $1.00

The Minuteman Foundation is the organization which provides the funding needed to support the activities of the Community Service Club. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) charity.


Residents wishing to avail themselves of the Community Service Club's services should call 614-5862

Services include:

  • Transportation: We will drive you to the local market or your medical provider
  • Equipment: We can loan you (on a temporary basis) a wheelchair, walker, or other durable medical equipment
  • Home Maintenance: We can assist you in minor home maintenance chores such as:
    • Cleaning or replacing overhead air filters
    • Replacing smoke alarm batteries
    • Changing overhead light bulbs
  • Home Assistance: Resource Directory of information on fee-based, discount, and many other services available to seniors. Volunteers will also shop & deliver groceries or medication to residents who are temporarily homebound.
  • Support Groups: The CSC sponsors several support groups to assist the residents of Sun City Anthem. These groups are:
    • Living “Well” with Disabilities (physical mobility)
    • Alzheimer’s Caregivers
    • Bereavement (non denominational)
    • One on one guidance through Jewish bereavement protocol
    • Friends of Bill W. (for recovering alcoholics)
    • Home Caregivers (for those caring for a loved one at home)
