Sun City Anthem Residents

Happy New Year!

The year of 2004 was a year of consistent progress at The Revere Golf Club. We welcomed new staff to the facility such as Property Accountant, Suzanne Carnicom (currently out on maternity leave while Michelle Logan fills in during the interim); Concord Superintendent, Cody Swirczynski. We named Ryan Ott as Head Golf Professional in charge of Golf Operations replacing Mollie Gibson and Bill Klemke who replaced Ryan Ott in Tournament Operations. Once again, I am proud of the great team in place and look forward to working with all of you in 2005.

We are committed to providing excellent service to you and your guests. With Men’s and Ladies day running well under the golf shop staff, Chris Eastman will have more time to promote good golf through Clinics, Troon Golf Academy, Private Lessons, Sunday Couples League, Mystery Trips, Equipment Demo Days and Resident Appreciation Events.

We will continue to improve both golf courses. We plan to remove more turf where we can in order to meet our water allotment from the Southern Nevada Water Authority as well as minimize our exposure to the increasing rates. We will improve the bunkers and select tee boxes as well as refurbish all the on course restrooms. Thank you to everyone that participates in the divot filling parties we held last year, your work makes a significant difference!

I wanted to also take this opportunity to let everyone know of our new and improved Sun City Resident rates effective February 14, 2005. Note the decrease during the summer and winter:

Twilight -Monday through Thursday $45 $40 $25 $45 $35

Please ask the staff about our new Couples League pricing program with a weekly charge as low as $20 per person. We will continue to offer various discounts such as our “Weekday rates all week long.” and $20 super twilight during July & August at 1:30pm. Please keep us updated with your current e-mail address in order to receive notification of such specials. Or you can visit our Sun City Resident website page at http://www.reveregolf.com  Click on the Sun City Anthem logo at the bottom of the home page.

In 2005, we will continue to offer our extremely popular “Dinner with a View”, Wednesday night dinners at Buckman’s along with our new Sunday night dinner from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Please spread the word and come enjoy the beautiful view and excellent food.
