Water Feature update!

Informed sources tell Channel 99 that an agreement has been reached between the City of Henderson and Sun City Anthem to re-open the major waterfall display at the opening of Anthem Center in Henderson.

The popular display will return within the next two months, following necessary plumbing and other reconstruction can be completed. The agreement reportedly calls for the reduction of the basic pool area, thus reducing the amount of water used. Also, Del Webb Nevada Communities has agreed to further reduce the turf area of Anthem by 3.5 acres which will also result in the use of less water.

The modifications will be done at Del Webb's expense and will not affect resident dues.
