Sun City Anthem Travel Club meeting
June 14, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.

We will have our regular monthly meeting this Tuesday.

Unfortunately, our scheduled speaker from Brendan Worldwide Vacations, will not be able to present at this meeting. She hopes to be able to join us in the fall. We will have a brief general meeting with updates on previous discussions.

We still do not have enough interest in the California Wine trip to sign a contract with the vendors. We will need at least 15 people committed to this trip by July 15. Information on the itinerary and cost will be available at the meeting along with information on several other trips supplied by various local travel vendors.

We have had several requests for information on Elderhostel. I have requested that an Elderhostel Ambassador join us for one of our meetings, but unfortunately there are none in the greater Las Vegas area. We do however have some materials and a short video to present at this meeting.

Travel Club meetings will continue at our regularly scheduled time during July and August so that we may hold some of our small group discussion sessions on various destinations led by club members. If you would be willing to lead one of these discussion groups, please sign up at the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, but will be here in July and/or August and would like to lead a discussion group, please call me at 407-1825.

Hope to see you all on Tuesday.
