Summer Just for Fun! Bocce
MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS AT 7:00 PM
We are going to test the feasibility of casual "pick-up" bocce for
the summer months. This means there will be no teams, no
schedules, no scores posted, only fun and entertainment.
The "pick-up" games are played Monday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
Those who choose to play will just show up. Teams will be chosen
by drawing numbers. No pre-organized teams will be allowed. That
means you may be playing with or against your spouse or friend
and/or on different courts.
With only 7 courts we can have a maximum of 56 playing at one
time. If more than that number want to play at 7:00 PM, we will
have to rotate teams and/or add another time.
This is an experiment and we will play it by ear until we have
some idea of the number who want to play bocce during the summer
months. We'll stay flexible until we can measure the response and
desire of our club members.
