on an ambitious project to implement the dozens of recommendations
put forward as part of the transition to resident control of Sun
City Anthem.
Volunteers must have been a resident of Sun City Anthem for at
least one year and must commit to serve a two-year term on the
Committee.
The ideal candidate is likely to have solid experience in one or

or capital budget
- Project manager with responsibility for an
expense budget
- Financial consultant or MIS consultant for
financial systems of major corporate or government clients
- Manager of cost centers and preparation of

Our new Committee member should have good
business acumen, have good oral and written communication
skills, be computer literate with some experience in using
Microsoft Office applications such as email, Word and Excel and
most importantly, be a team player.
The candidate is expected to attend monthly Committee meetings
and, as necessary, workshops and Board meetings. He or she must
have adequate time available to support the budgeting process,
which is especially demanding from mid-August through the end of
September.
