Launches new web site!

On your first visit to the site click on Resident Login:


Username = SCA Member Number, i.e., 00000X101
Temporary password is anthem 

All members of the household with SCA Member Numbers have a unique entry in the database. All should log in with their respective Member Number and update their individual profile.

After logging in for your first visit to the site click on User Profile.

Please change your password, and add your e-mail address. You may then add any other information that you would like to share with your neighbors.

Remember, the site will only grow as our governing documents, approved Board and Committee minutes are added for all to read.


Some web site statistics

  1. 8,604 records in the database were reviewed
    1. for obvious inconsistency in street names.
    2. e-mail addresses were deleted most were over three years old
    3. e-mail addresses for Board and Committee members were placed in the database so that Board and Committee names would show from day 1.
    4. Village names were added
  2. 84 Blurbs created and reviewed by the Editorial Content Committee and posted to secure pages on the AnthemWebs.com web site.
  3. 25 Hotlinks created to web sites considered to be of interest to the community
  4. Presentation prepared to Communications folks on ongoing maintenance of the site information
  5. 5. Presentation in the process for Classroom presentation to membership
    1. a. 11 classes scheduled for July
    2. b. 5 scheduled for August
  6. 14 eForms created to enable residents, and in some cases non-residents to contact various functions in SCA Administration
  7. Established 23 Del Webb Community Management Company address book entries
    1. a. Del Webb user names and passwords established and individuals notified of same
  8. Established a facility address book to list phone numbers for various rooms throughout the Centers, i.e., Sewing & Quiltin room, Computer Classroom
  9. Established security levels set for Board and Committee members
  10. Received and placed many photos on the site. More will be forthcoming

The Minuteman Foundation is the organization which provides the funding needed to support the activities of the Community Service Club. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) charity.


Volunteers of the COMMUNITY SERVICE CLUB provide free assistance to Sun City Anthem residents. The services included are:

Transportation: To local area medical providers or supermarkets. Three (3) business days notice required to arrange for your ride.

Equipment: We will loan you (on a temporary basis) a wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane, or other durable medical equipment.

Home Maintenance: Assistance with minor home maintenance chores such as: cleaning or replacing overhead air filters, replacing batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors, or changing overhead light bulbs.

Home Assistance: Resource Directory of information on fee-based, discount, and many other services available to seniors. Volunteers will also shop and deliver groceries or prescription medication to residents who are temporarily homebound.

Support Groups: CSC sponsors several support groups to assist the residents of Sun City Anthem. These groups are:

  • Living “Well” with Disabilities (physical mobility)
    2nd Tuesday, 1—2:30 p.m., Anthem Center

  • Alzheimer’s Caregivers
    3rd Monday, 6:30—8:30 p.m., Wellness Center

  • Bereavement (non denominational) Wellness Center
    1st Saturday, 4—5:30 p.m.
    2nd Wednesday, 4:30—6:00 p.m.
    3rd Tuesday, 7—8:30 p.m.
    4th Wednesday, 4:30—6:00 p.m.

  • One on one guidance through Jewish bereavement protocol

  • One on one grief counseling for loss of a child

  • Friends of Bill W. (for recovering alcoholics)
    Every Monday, 7:00 p.m., Anthem Center

  • Home Caregivers (for those caring for a loved one at home)
    3rd Monday, 1:30—2:30 p.m., Anthem Center
