THANK YOU SUN CITY ANTHEM COMMUNITY

Thank you to the Election Committee for all of your hard work in conducting an efficient and fair 2006 election for the SCA Board of Directors.

Thank you, too, to all of the candidates for spirited and competitive campaigns that clearly demonstrated the differences in the goals and vision for our SCA Community.

Finally, thank you to the residents for taking time to study the issues and voting for your choice of Board members to serve the residents of Sun City Anthem.

I consider it a privilege to work for the betterment of our community and I promise to do my best to uphold your confidence in electing me to the Board of Directors for the next two years.

Homes for Sale/Lease

I understand there are about 300 homes in Sun City Anthem that are for sale! Two appear on the Community Web site.

Residents may list their homes on the Community Web site for free! The whole world may view the particulars of your home for sale, including up to four images, or three images and the floor plan. The resident may provide a link to the real estate firm's web site for free!

When your home is listed, a sign is erected in front of your house. You can now have a sign that everyone with Internet access can see right on your Community Web site.
http://www.sca-hoa.org  Click on Homes for Sale or Homes for Lease. You need not log in.

  • When your real estate firm states: "...We can help you..." insist that they help you set up your page on the site

  • When your real estate firm states: "...Customer service and attention to detail..." insist that they provide service by helping you set up your page on the site

  • When your real estate firm states: "...Let our professional staff serve..." insist that they serve you by helping you set up your page on the site

  • When your real estate firm states: "...Dedicated to meeting your needs..." insist that they meet your needs by helping you set up your page on the site

If your real estate agent:

  • can't help,

  • can't provide service,

  • can't serve you,

  • can't meet your needs,

Have the agent call me for an appointment so that I can provide training for the agent: 614-3107

On a time-available basis and for a limited time, I will assist you and your agent in creating your free page. I see this as a benefit to you and a training session for your agent!
