      Discuss the recommendations for the proposed Building #3 as a result of the information gathered from the meetings and hearings of the Ad Hoc Committee.
    2. Review Community Services Building (CSB) Occupancy Plan
      Security Patrol, Roland Parsons
      Discuss relocation of the Security Patrol to the Community Services Building (CSB). Discussion and possible vote.

    3. Approve Revised 2006 Budget: Arnie Snow
      RMI Management, LLC proposed revision to the 2006 Budget as per the Management Contract. Discussion and possible vote.

    1. Legal Matter
This agenda is distributed according to NRS 116.31083. At the beginning of every Board meeting, there is a Member Comment Period. During this period, the Board will respond to Member Comment Form questions submitted by Members. Prior to adjourning each Board of Directors Meeting, Members are given the opportunity to address an agenda item, voice a concern, ask the Board a question, or compliment the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will not take action on comments or requests made during either of these Comment Periods. Agendas for every Board of Directors meeting are available four business days prior to the meeting from the Administrative Office in Anthem Center and at the Association’s website, www.sca-hoa.org The agenda is also posted four business days prior to every Board of Directors meeting on the community bulletin board in Anthem Center. Copies of the minutes from a Board of Directors meeting are available from the Administrative Office after approval by the Board of Directors. The Management Office is located in the Anthem Center, 2450 Hampton Road, Henderson, Nevada 89052. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday.
