AOL, WMconnect, CS and now Yahoo are rejecting the distribution of
the Anthem Compendium. I will no longer accept subscriptions from folks
with these e-mail addresses. Why? Because:
They all bounce my messages
I have switched to a commercial account at $30 more
per month to accommodate them. They still bounce.
I have spent hundreds of hours on this problem, as
have other residents and clubs in our community.
My ISP requires that I resolve bounced messages as
a condition of my commercial contract with Bulk Mail privileges.
The Sun City Anthem Community Association's Ad Hoc Traffic Safety
Committee survey showed 61.8% of 1,637 respondents opted for 45 MPH. I
estimate 5,000 copies at $0.04 is $200. Thanks to Karl Bruner for
preparing the Excel spreadsheet for analysis. A daunting task taking
many hundreds of hours.
